We keep support fast and our support fee low. Here is how to reach us and get your issue solved as quickly as possible.
How TORO Support Works
Our #1 goal with support is to be efficient. In addition, it is to keep the cost of support at a minimum. We have been able to NEVER raise our support fee since our creation. This is largely due to how we do support and constantly adjusting it to keep it efficient.
First and foremost, we do not accept regular calls or text messages. All support is done via WhatsApp. Please ensure all of your people that might need to reach out have WhatsApp on their phone.
Is it an emergency?
When you have an issue, stop and ask yourself if it is an emergency. An emergency means you cannot start TORO, or you are not able to receive money for transactions.
If it is an emergency, message us immediately on WhatsApp or call us at 610-331-0013.

Want the quickest fix? Submit an Issue Report.
On almost every screen in TORO there is a HELP menu in the top right. Click there and select ‘Submit Issue Report’. This is the most efficient way to get things done.

Patient, but want to just text? Message your WhatsApp group.
Send a message in your store’s WhatsApp group and wait for a response. Always use the group -- direct messages may be missed.
